Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an eligible item, you must provide proof-of-purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Manufacturer's warranty Conditions:
- All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- We must receive your return within 120 days of purchase.
- Custom made and built-to-order and other items noted above are non-returnable.
- Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
- Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for safe return shipping and insurance.
To Request an RMA:
Provide your name and contact information, order number, date of purchase, product plate information and reason for return request.

You are responsible for safe return shipping. After obtaining an RMA, please make sure that your return is adequately packed and insured. Clearly note the provided RMA number on the package. Returns without an RMA cannot and will not be accepted.

At BuenoSpa, we recognize that promotions and incentive offers may vary throughout the year.
Many manufacturers and marketing departments regularly adjust discounts, add free accessories, or introduce financing incentives to keep seasonal orders competitive.
As a result, a later promotional event, such as Black Friday, may feature a different combination of pricing, discount codes, free items, or special financing.
To ensure fairness and transparency, BuenoSpa guarantees that the total dollar-for-dollar value of your purchase will be equal to or greater than any promotional offer made within the 30 days following your purchase date (“Best Price Guarantee Period”).
“Total value” includes the combined effect of sale prices, discount codes, included accessories, and promotional financing benefits.
**How the Guarantee Works**
1. When a customer identifies a BuenoSpa promotion, within the 30 days following the purchase date, that provides a higher net value, the customer may submit a claim to BuenoSpa for review.
2. BuenoSpa will conduct a good-faith evaluation, within 30 days of receiving the claim, to determine whether the later promotion would have resulted in a superior net value to the customer at the time of purchase.
3. When BuenoSpa determines that an adjustment is warranted, the remedy may consist of additional products or accessories shipped to the customer, warranty extensions added to their BuenoSpa account, and/or a refund or credit issued back to the customer’s original method of payment.
4. Financing Incentives: Some promotional offers may include extended “same-as-cash” or low-APR financing. These programs may carry a marketing cost to the company of approximately 5–10%, and such value will be included in BuenoSpa’s comparative analysis when evaluating a claim.
Limitations & Conditions
A) The guarantee applies only to “official BuenoSpa promotions” publicly offered by the company and its financing partners in conjunction with said promotions.
B) The guarantee covers “net promotional value,” which may consist of a combination of price reductions, discount codes, financing incentives, and included free items.
C) BuenoSpa reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion and based on documented promotional terms, whether a later offer constitutes a higher net value.
D) Claims must be filed within the 30-day guarantee window and must reference the specific promotional offer being compared.
Return/Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order for free of charge, you must email us at customerservice(@)buenospa.com, within 2 working days of the purchase that you are cancelling the order. If you choose to cancel your order after 2 working days, you will be charged 10% of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf. If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped but no more than 100 days, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1000 plus 10% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.
In the event of a cancellation, the value of any goods shipped or delivered to you prior to the effective cancellation date, whether purchased or provided at no charge, shall be deducted from the gross refund amount before any refund is approved for issue or issued.

Billing Policy
These Terms govern billing and payment policies for customers purchasing products from Buenospa. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Partial Payment: We no longer offer a partial payment option requiring an upfront $1000 Checkout Charge, with the remaining balance due within 40 days.
- Checkout Charge: A non-refundable $1000 charge is required at checkout to secure your order.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 40 days after the initial purchase date. This must be paid in full before the item ships or within 40 days, whichever comes first. -
Fulfillment Date:
- Orders are initially marked "On-hold" after checkout.
- Transition your order to "Unfulfilled" when you're ready for us to process it.

Payment Terms:
- Initial Payment: $1000 at the time of purchase.
- Remaining Payment: Due within 40 days from the purchase date.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the initial payment.

- On-hold: Initial status post-checkout.
- Unfulfilled: Status when ready for fulfillment.

Cancellations and Refunds:
- The Checkout Charge is non-refundable.

Orders not paid in full within the specified timeframe may be canceled without refund of the Checkout Charge.

Late Payments:
- Late payments incur a penalty fee, calculated as a percentage or fixed amount of the remaining balance per day/week of delay.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for unpaid balances beyond the due date.
